ABOUT EPIC

Founded by Kim Webb and Jade Brown and in collaboration with Julie Simpson of Autism Adventures, we collectively have over 35 years experience working with people with Neurodiversity and disabilities both in professional settings and personal life.

Many young adults with Autism have very limited options when in comes to further development. Post school, there are some for whom further education or employment is not a possibility, EPIC fills that gap while not compromising on the quality of opportunities. We provide our service users with a social care provision that is both appropriate to the individuals skill level whilst immersing them in experiences that are unique to our offer.

Our days are full with development activities from crafts to karate, even down time is well considered with enrichment at the heart of everything we do.

Our Enterprise project is what makes our offer unique. EPIC Participants are provided with a real life work experience that enables them to offer an end to end service and while gaining a sense of purpose and understanding of the world of work. All profits from this project are invested directly back into our young people and they collectively decide how to best spend their earnings.
